Free Download of The Week

 

This week's Free Download of the Week comes from Beat the Grid.  Originally formed as a duo by cellist Daniel Frankhuizen and vocalist Hayden Eager in 2008, the band has been through various incarnations, featuring up to a dozen musicians at any given performance.
 

Their new album is due out this Fall. Add "Blues" to your music collection this week, and find Beat the Grid on Bandcamp, Facebook, and Blogspot.

They'll also be on stage as part of Ithaca Bowl at the Brooklyn Bowl 5/22 with Big Mean Sound Machine and Jsan.
